  I have no problems with their food. However, their customer service is absolutely dismal. I have visited this location on many occasions and have met a number of different cashiers. None of them spoke English fluently enough to properly greet their customers, let alone communicate with them. It was also quite obvious that none of them enjoyed their work as they made no attempt to start up any sort of conversation. I also recall at one point, an older man at the back of the store, who I assume was the supervisor, berating the poor younger associate. Whether it was warranted or not, I don't know, because they were speaking Chinese, but it was clear to me that there was no mutual respect between the two. To top it all off, the food takes way too long to prepare. I ordered one crispy chicken and spent 30 minutes or more waiting. This company is called "Quickly" right?!
  
  Whoever is managing the staff needs to replace them with some more enthusiastic workers (at least 2 on duty), who can work fast and speak English.
